Head Coach

Coach Cunningham graduated Richland High School in 1999. There he played varsity football, basketball, and baseball for 4 years and was named All-Region and All-State his Senior year in football. 

 

He attended Bethel University from 1999-2004 earning a B.S. in History with a Minor in Education. He also played QB/WR for four years in the Wildcat football program.

 

He received his MA.Ed in Administration and Supervision from Bethel University in 2013. 

 

Coach Cunningham began his coaching career at Fayetteville Jr. High School in 2005. He was there for four years and coached football and basketball. In 2009, he moved to Cannon County High School and served as Offensive Coordinator for the football program where he was also named Offensive Coordinator of the Year.  He was the Head Baseball Coach from 2009-2010. In 2011, he moved to Riverdale High School and served as Assistant Football Coach for two years.  In 2013, he moved back to Fayetteville to coach and teach at Fayetteville High School, serving as Offensive Coordinator for four years before moving to Lincoln County High School. 

 

This is his 5th year at Lincoln County High School and his 1st year as Head Football Coach. He also serves on the Administrative Team for LCHS as the Graduation Coach. His hobbies are anything that involves family. He loves coaching and watching his children play sports. He loves living on their family farm and being outdoors.

 

He has been married for 17 years to his wonderful wife Erinn, who is a 3rd grade teacher at Unity. They have a daughter, Reese, who is 13 years old and plays volleyball and basketball at Unity. They also have a son, Heath, who is 9 years old and plays football, basketball, and baseball.
